A Fuzzy Evaluation Model of Creative Talents based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

Talent evaluation is a very important part in the human resources development and management process, and it has certain implications for talent prediction and planning, allocation and management, and training. In this paper, the author makes a fuzzy evaluation model of creative talents based on analytic hierarchy process. By using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, we combine qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators effectively. According to the expert scoring, the consistency judgment matrix is constructed, and the model results can provide a scientific decision theory basis for the evaluation of creative talents.
